CLAY MASK: You can have a clay mask for face, body and blemishes. It is believed to help with healing and smoothing fine lines from maturity, scars and acne.

PEBBLE EXFOLIATION: River rocks are infused with fresh water and flowing energy. When you exfoliate with these tiny little stones, you will not only cleanse your skin of dead cells, but you will also infuse your top layer of skin with minerals that encourage healing, invigorate the mind and inspire the soul.

HEAVY STONE THERAPY: Bad posture, uncomfortable sitting, bad back, sore muscles? Heavy Stone Therapy is a technique used to help you regain balance, comfort and good posture.

FISH FOOT THERAPY: Come and sit on the river bank and have the tiny fish swim up to you as they kiss your feet. Haha, well that's what it feel like, but really they cleanse the dead skin cells from your feet to help promote smooth skin and decrease bad odours.

Crying For Change In You

Sometimes we hold back our tears, feeling it is a sign of weakness to cry, a sign of being out of control, a sign that we are not able to handle life's circumstances. For some not crying could be a trained behaviour from environmental upbringing, and for these reasons amongst others quite often we do not embrace the powerful emotion of crying. As the years pass them by, some people get so good at holding back their tears that they eventually adopt the word 'strength' to describe their emotional disconnect. The fact that they have graduated from being connected to their tear trigger emotion, to a point where they robotically mask it, does not worry them. Even though their lack of emotional reaction is a large part of their failed relationships, which they are aware of in most situations, they continue to refer to their unwillingness to cry as strength. Moreover, when one accomplishes the disconnection they do not realize how deeply they are affecting their other emot

Fall Into A Pit

 Today's Message  You may have someone plotting and planning against you. Speaking badly about you, or even creating lies attempting to tarnish your good name.  A court case, a job issue, a housing dispute, a relationship concern, backbiting friends, and the list goes on. This concern could cause you to feel anxiety and may even create tension in your life.  When you feel you're at your lowest, and you fear the enemy will win, remember this Bible quote;  "A foolish man will dig a pit for someone to fall into, but trip and mistakenly fall into the pit themselves."  That means any person who is trying to set you up to fall will fail. The power they think they have is only power enough to harm themselves... Do not fret, do not fear, do not allow your mind's imagination to get wild in thought.  If it was your last day of life, would you allow that person to affect you? Probably not.
