Area the retreat takes place in: The Caribbean country of the Dominican Republic, the province of Puerta Plata, in the beach municipal of Sosua. 

Information on accomdations will be added at a later date when I know how many women are signed up.

RETREAT OUTLINE

Arrive, Check-in, Unpack, Meet & Greet with the other members, Light Snacks and schedule run-down.
Flights arrive at different times, for that reason Day 1 is more of a meet and greet day.
All participation is optional. You are free to create your own schedule according to your wants/needs.

Goddess Lounge in Cabarete 
Road Trip 30 mins outside of Sosua to a town called Cabarete,
where you will discover and experience a whole different beach
with wonderful tranquil vibes and a tropical breeze blowing.
Enjoy the pool, relax under the tiki tents with music or a book,
use free WiFi to check messages on your cell or laptop.
Walk the beach, swim in the sea, or lounge in the restaurant
and get to know the locals.
The restaurant specializes in an assortment of tropical drinks and dishes.
(food and drinks are not included within the retreat fee)

A trip through the authentic Dominican town of Maranatha, to the countryside of Bella Vista
where cleansing clay mountains are settled in fresh flowing rivers. Swim in the river, listen to wonderful authentic Dominican Republic music as your dinner is prepared on the open grill.
Your choice of chicken / pork / beef or fish, and is served with grilled banana,
seasonal veggies, homemade Dominican bread and farmer fresh organic fruit from the countryside.

DAY 6

Excursion to town of El Batey. Walk along the streets and look into shops,
boutiques, sports stores and more. You will experience the true spirit
of the town and the people as you walk to Playa Sosua
where you will collect a rock, a pebble, glass, sand, coral or a shell.
What you choose to pick will help you to understand your character more.
It's a fun process and really quite interesting.
Rocks and minerals, more specifically the ones you personally choose,
have a specific meaning. You will find it interesting what nature
has to say about you. It's powerful.

Crying For Change In You

Sometimes we hold back our tears, feeling it is a sign of weakness to cry, a sign of being out of control, a sign that we are not able to handle life's circumstances. For some not crying could be a trained behaviour from environmental upbringing, and for these reasons amongst others quite often we do not embrace the powerful emotion of crying. As the years pass them by, some people get so good at holding back their tears that they eventually adopt the word 'strength' to describe their emotional disconnect. The fact that they have graduated from being connected to their tear trigger emotion, to a point where they robotically mask it, does not worry them.
