When we first start out it's not always easy. In fact it can sometimes be so tough that we may want to quit and pack it in. But always remember that the first step is hard the second step is a stumble the third step we begin to realize that we can do it the fourth step we got it the 5th step we are star so don't give up keep going forward until you shine like the star you are.
Sometimes we hold back our tears, feeling it is a sign of weakness to cry, a sign of being out of control, a sign that we are not able to handle life's circumstances. For some not crying could be a trained behaviour from environmental upbringing, and for these reasons amongst others quite often we do not embrace the powerful emotion of crying. As the years pass them by, some people get so good at holding back their tears that they eventually adopt the word 'strength' to describe their emotional disconnect. The fact that they have graduated from being connected to their tear trigger emotion, to a point where they robotically mask it, does not worry them. Even though their lack of emotional reaction is a large part of their failed relationships, which they are aware of in most situations, they continue to refer to their unwillingness to cry as strength.
