Aries (March 21-April 19)
Being sensitive does not mean you are an emotional basket case, but it does suggest that you will have to work a little harder than the less sensitive person, at using more logic rather than emotion, when dealing with issues that may cause you to feel uptight, or offended.  

Taurus (April 20-May 20) 
Exercise is the best way to get the feel good vibes to kick in when you are feeling down. Even if you have no time to go to the gym you can still boost your serotonin by jogging on the spot, stretching or running around the block.      

Gemini (May 21-June 20)
When you worry, rest your mind through meditation. Perhaps you are not well versed on meditation, or it is possible that you are not interested in it at all, and that is fine. Then simply draw upon your commonsense. Thinking straight helps to take away the negative thoughts, and especially if you realize that everything that is a challenge becomes a lesson that you learn from.  

Cancer (June 21-July 22)
Do not try to control love or friendships. Let things happen naturally. People like you and they enjoy being around you. However, if you try to direct people on how and what to say, then they will lean away from you and make excuses not be around you as much.

Leo (July 23-August 22)
Get out and meet new people. Socialize and enjoy the weather. Not everyday will be warm and enjoyable, but at least you can be around people who are.

Virgo (August 23-September 22)
Give yourself break, Virgo. Not everything will unfold according to plan. What is important is that you make a plan in the first place. At least with a plan there is something to unfold. Moreover, it is possible that things may even turn out better than planned.       

Libra (September 23-October 22)
Identify your skills and appreciate the fact that you have them, because noticing them will help you to feel better about yourself. It does not matter what the skill is, it could be as simple as walking backwards, and if it is, at least it is a unique thing that you can identify that you are good at and love yourself for.

Scorpio (October 23-November 21)
Do not let house cleaning, car cleaning, body cleaning or head clearing wait. Organize your space and clear out the clutter. It will help you to stay focused and feel better.  

Sagittarius (November 22- December 21)
Remain diligent. Do what you need to get done in order to be on top of things. Exercise, eat well, sleep well, speak well and remember to love yourself like nobody has loved you before.

Capricorn (December 22-January 19)
You are special. Keep that in mind the next time you knock yourself down for not being as high as you want to be. Everything comes in its true timing. Focus and meditate on fortitude, because it is a trait that will help you during the in between times.  

Aquarius (January 20-February 19)
Pamper yourself and spend some alone time with you. Take long walk with nature and read a good book on a bench in the sunshine, or simply get a massage. Either way, no matter what you do, focus on you, and the core of your happiness.

Pisces (February 20-March 20)
Do not despise their actions because they did not behave in a way that was pleasing to you. Focus on acceptance and you too will be accepted for your imperfections as well.
