WEIGHT LOSS COACHING

Weight loss coaching is the use of personal coaching techniques to encourage successful weight loss, enhance a healthy lifestyle and help bring about long term weight management.
Weight loss coaching aims to balance the individual’s weight by targeting not only the person’s eating habits, but also their thoughts, feelings, actions and ultimately their genetic makeup in regards to the obesity gene. This is all done in order for the individual to learn how to lose weight, and develop healthier eating habits and lead a happier life.
As a matter of fact, with many people, food is related to lifestyle and genetics as opposed to a greedy appetite. Granted many overweight people got to where they are by overindulging on food, however, most overweight people eat for extremely deeper reasons than greed or hunger.
90% of my clients have said that sometimes when they eat they are not even hungry, and even when they are hungry when they start to feel full they continue eating way past the feeling of being satisfied.    
Cutting back and eating in moderation is not easy. To lose weight an individual must become mindful of their actions and be willing to change them. Mindfulness and willingness is key.
Through weight coaching the individual learns how to combat the hunger triggers with the tools taught during the coaching process.
The HEAL|RENEW program takes a holistic approach. Together, we help the individual to tear down the old patterns and rebuild the body’s defence mechanism against obesity.
If you are trying to lose weight, it is important to connect with yourself on a deeper level because this way you will learn to understand your body, and how it communicates with your mind in regards to food and eating,
The process will involve establishing specific behaviours which will help to encourage weight loss and weight management.
You will have a personal coach who you can stay in contact with via phone, email, instant messenger and even text. It will be your choice to have in office sessions or phone sessions. Both treatments work well, as they are designed to help you help yourself. Whether in office or via phone, the most important factor is to follow the program outlined in your specific WEIGHT COACHING PROGRAM.  
THE HEAL|RENEW WEIGHT COACHING PROGRAM
~ You will be assigned a coach email you a Weight Coaching Questionnaire. You will answer 10 questions regarding your thoughts, feelings and actions concerning food, weight and the effects it has had on your life.
~ You will receive a DNA obesity test
~ You will be given a personalized program which will include the following:
1.      One sixty minute coaching session focused on past and present negative eating habits, and positive eating habits (that worked temporarily).
2.      Weight management goals and tools are given. 
3.      A mini manual will be emailed to you specifying the importance of good health and nutrition and how to attain it.
4.      EMAILS: You may have questions, comments or concerns, during the four week program, in which case you could contact your coach. The first week you will be given 7 emails. Most people use one email a day. The second week you will have four emails to contact your coach with. In the third and fourth week you will have three emails. Every email after the allotted amount will be a fee of $5. When your program is finished each question will be $10.
5.      TEXTS: You may text your for words of inspiration you may need, or for healthy tips while eating on the go. 40 texts for each program, or 10 texts a week.  
6.      INSTANT GOOGLE MESSENGER: When coach is available between designated times of 8am-5pm you may send a message as opposed to email (extra cost for this)
7.      Food suggestions that are ideal for maximum weight lost.
8.      Exercise suggestions that target important muscles and help to increase weight lose and management.
9.      A 20minute session at the end of the program discussing results and maintenance.
 THE TOTAL COST IS $250... THIS PROGRAM CAN ALSO BE BROKEN DOWN INTO A SUITABLE PLAN THAT FITS YOUR NEEDS AND FINANCES.

$60 per session (45mins)
Buy three for $150.

  • You and one friend three sessions per month $90 each.
  • You and two friends, three sessions per month is only $60 each.
  • You and three friends, three sessions per  month is only $45 each.
  • Buddy up with four friends and the monthly rate for three sessions per month is only $36 each.

~What to expect from your Weight Loss Coach~
Your coach will work with you to establish what original beliefs, values and behaviors associated with food and your diet are. Often many of the above are due to emotional pain from the past or present, genealogy, or simply a lack of personal discipline.
Your coach can also help to keep you in touch with your desire to lose weight by encouraging realistic goals for weight loss and by developing the best personal plan to maintain the weight loss.
Although some helpful menu idea’s and healthy eating suggestions will be provided and are encouraged, this program is more about the individual changing their mindset and altering their lifestyle as opposed to your Coach making healthy menu plans for you.
Your specific program will be tailored to you.
You will not necessarily be told what to eat, when and how. It is up to do to determine that once your specific plan is developed.
Weight loss coaching recognizes that it is not just food that leads to weight gain. Exercise has long been associated with weight management but less known associations like sleep, and stress have also been shown to affect the body's ability to lose weight. With a coach you will learn to target all areas of your life that hinder weight loss so you can encourage a healthy and happy weight.
