Tomorrows workshop is on fear.

Fear is a fundamental part of the human brain. It is an emotion that can be triggered from clear and present danger, or simply from a thought.
Fear comes from the part of the brain called the amygdala, which is the core regulator of the emotions. Tomorrow we will speak about how fear affects the body, how it is processed and how we can refrain it from controlling our lives.
During the workshop we will discuss how mindfulness is one of the key ways to mitigate fear and help to control it by understanding how important it is to reprogram the thought process in our brains.
