LATE LUNCH EARLY DINNER

Black olives:
May lower risk of heart disease. Have been positively associated with diabetes, bone health, some cancers, blood pressure, parkinson's disease and alzheimers disease.

Grape tomatoes:
Rich in Vitamine A and C .

Bean sprout
Rich in sources of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids.

Hummus:
High in fiber, folic acid, zinc, copper, iron, protein, and magnesium.

Enjoy with pita, crackers, or alone! Mmm, I'm digging in!
