Want to lose weight and feel great? Try this simple and natural tip.

1. Slice lime into four pieces
2. Boil water
3. Pour yourself a cup of hot water, then squeeze in the lime from two pieces and then throw in one piece.
4. Save the other slices for the next cup.
I do this throughout the day, roughly three times and the limes along with a healthy diet has helped me to maintain a comfortable weight. Let me know how it works for you!
